Beautiful red silk and red velvet lined box containing a Charriere scarificator. This "comb" design is much rarer that the common spring-loaded form. An extra blade is present in a slot in the back of the case.
The manual scarificator has a series of removable blades on the center lock bar. You would be able to place from 1 to 8 bars in parallel.
