Iron bar release spring lancet.  German in origin probably 1820-1840.  Note the drive spring shape.  The item is housed in a hand crafted bow wiht an interesting clasp mechanism.
White metal button release spring lancet.  The original fold case is housed in a  leather case with over sleeve. Makers marked J Rorer.  This was a Philadelphia firm started by John Rorer in 1816, later becoming John Rorer and Son.  This piece is probably 1825-1830.

White metal bar release spring lancet marked Snowden.  This would indicate that the piece was either made before his collaboration with Wiegand in 1824 or after the two split in 1855.
